We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our team and help guide students and working professionals toward the right upskilling certifications and online degree programs. You will play a crucial role in counseling prospective learners, understanding their career needs, and converting them into enrollments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counselling & Sales**:

- Understand students’/working professionals' requirements and guide them on suitable online degree and certification courses.
- Explain program features, benefits, fee structure, and career opportunities.
- Convert leads into admissions through structured follow-ups and persuasion.
- **Lead Management**:

- Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of queries.
- **Program Knowledge**:

- Stay updated with all course offerings, universities, eligibility, and UGC guidelines.
- Collaborate with the academic and marketing team to understand the latest offerings.
- **Reporting & Coordination**:

- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Submit regular reports on leads, conversions, and feedback from students.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 6 months - 2 years of experience in educational counselling or sales (EdTech preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Strong ability to work under targets and pressure.
- Basic knowledge of online learning trends and higher education options.
- Comfortable working with CRMs and digital communication tools.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with platforms like UpGrad, Simplilearn, Coursera, or university online programs.
- Local language proficiency (if applicable) for regional outreach.
- Ability to empathize with students and working professionals.
