**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for an IELTS Trainer at Growth Pathshaala. The IELTS Trainer will be responsible for
- **Assessment & Feedback**: Conduct regular mock tests, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to improve their IELTS scores.
- **Customized Learning Plans**: Develop personalized strategies to cater to different student proficiency levels, ensuring targeted improvements in all four IELTS modules.
- **Interactive Teaching Methods**: Utilize engaging teaching techniques, including real-life scenarios, group discussions, and multimedia resources, to enhance student learning.
- **Continuous Learning & Development**: Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam trends and best teaching practices to improve course effectiveness.
- **Flexible Work Approach**: Adapt teaching methods based on student progress and feedback, ensuring an inclusive and motivating learning environment.

**Qualifications**
- English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language skills
- Experience in lesson planning and teaching
- Expertise in IELTS preparation (7.5+ Score is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with students and colleagues
- CELTA or TEFL certification preferred
