We are hiring Affiliate Marketer
- Experience - 1-4 yrs
- Job Location - Noida Sector - 132 (WFO)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic and revenue.
- Identify and recruit new affiliates to the program.
- Maintain relationships with existing affiliates and ensure they are promoting the brand effectively.
- Analyse affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to improve results.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Influencer Marketing team.
- Create and maintain affiliate marketing reports and analytics.
- Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing and influencer marketing trends and best practices.
- Coordinate with other teams within the company to ensure affiliate marketing efforts align with overall business goals.

**Requirements**:

- At least one year of experience in affiliate marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with influencers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Commission Junction, ShareASale, and Rakuten.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
