**Job description**

The legal officer shall be responsible for monitoring and /or advising on all legal matters, commercial contracts and agreements.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with advocates for filing legal cases.
- Representing the company in court.
- Execution of summons/warrants other legal tools.
- Follow up with debtors for settlement.etc.
- Draft a wide variety of legal agreements.
- Provide advisory services to the business units and departments within the company.
- Review and advise management on the legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
- Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
- Any other duty as may be assigned.

**Qualification: LLB**

2 years experience in any banking or corporate firm as a legal officer.

This post will be under the HR department

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
