**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain the operating room before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Sterilize and organize surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
- Assist surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures by passing instruments and supplies as needed.
- Maintain sterile field during operations and assist with draping and positioning of patients.
- Prepare and handle specimens for pathology as directed by the surgical team.
- Ensure proper functioning of operating room equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Clean and disinfect operating room post-surgery to prepare for the next procedure.
- Document all relevant procedures and patient information as required.
- Assist in the transport and positioning of patients as needed.
- Participate in on-call rotations and emergency surgeries when required.
- Comply with hospital protocols, infection control standards, and health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Completion of a certified Operating Room Technician program or equivalent.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience working as an Operation theatreTechnician or Surgical Technologist.
- Experience with a variety of surgical specialties is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile techniques, and operating room protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Lift and move patients or equipment as needed (up to [X] lbs).
- Ability to work in a sterile environment with appropriate PPE.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
