**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Community Engagement**: Actively manage and moderate our Twitter, Telegram, and Discord channels to ensure healthy, engaging, and spam-free discussions.
- **Growth & Retention**: Drive strategies to grow and retain an active Web3 community by organizing AMAs, contests, campaigns, and interactive sessions.
- **Content & Communication**: Collaborate with the marketing team to share announcements, updates, and educational content in a clear and community-friendly manner.
- **Feedback Loop**: Collect feedback, insights, and sentiment from the community and share with internal teams to improve product and user experience.
- **Support**: Answer community queries in real time, provide guidance, and escalate technical issues to the appropriate team.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**: Track community metrics, prepare weekly reports on engagement, growth, and sentiment analysis.
- **Crisis Management**: Address conflicts, misinformation, and FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt) with professionalism and diplomacy.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience** (2-4+ years) managing and moderating communities in **Web3, crypto, or blockchain projects**.
- Strong command over **Twitter, Telegram, and Discord growth and moderation tools**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
- Deep understanding of **Web3 culture, trends, and terminology**.
- Ability to work across time zones and respond promptly to community needs.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and people skills.
- Experience running campaigns, AMAs, or events within online communities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in **DAO communities, NFT projects, or DeFi ecosystems**.
- Familiarity with community analytics tools (e.g., Combot, TweetDeck, Discord bots).
- A passion for blockchain, decentralized technology, and innovation.
