Job Title: Customer Support Representative for E-commerce Website

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative for our E-commerce Website. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions promptly and professionally.

**Communication Skills**:Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Clearly and effectively communicate product information, policies, and procedures to customers.

**Problem Resolution**:Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex cases.

Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and order processing systems is an advantage.

**Tele Calling**:Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation, follow-ups, and feedback.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information during telephonic interactions.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Generate reports on customer feedback and common issues to improve overall service quality.

**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate effectively with team members to share insights, best practices, and contribute to a positive team environment.

**Confidence and Professionalism**:Demonstrate confidence and professionalism in all customer interactions.
Uphold company values and policies while representing the brand.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
