**Key Responsibilities:Tax Compliance & Strategy (Primary Focus - ~50%)**:
- Ensure full compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations (corporate income tax, VAT/GST, payroll tax, etc.).
- Manage the preparation, review, and submission of tax filings and returns
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the organization.
- Conduct internal reviews of tax compliance procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with external tax advisors and government authorities during audits or inspections.
- Monitor and implement changes in tax legislation affecting the business.
- Oversee tax risk management and maintain proper documentation for audits and transfer pricing requirements.
- Support the development of effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
**Financial Control & Reporting**:
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
- Develop and maintain internal controls over financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports for leadership.
- Support annual external audits and coordinate with auditors to provide required information.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory financial reporting requirements.
**Cash Management & Budgeting**:
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management for strategic decisions.
- Should be qualified CA with 0-4 years
- Should be qulaified CMA with 0-4 years expereince
- If you're qualified MBA then 7-10 years of expereince
- Solid understanding of corporate tax, VAT/GST, and international tax (if applicable).
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in English - both written and verbal (mandatory).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per year
