**[Job Title]**
Sigma BSE

**[Project Details]**:

- S/4 Hana implementation for Japan semiconductor factories followed by sales company Rollout for semiconductor business in Japan.

**[Technology and Sub-technology]**
- SAP
- S/4 Hana Green Field implementation

**[Base Location]**:

- Bangalore

**[Type]**:

- Hybrid( 2 days /week in office as per RTO policy)
- Should be flexible for working in shifts (either 7:30 to 4:30 or 9:00 to 18:00 IST)

**[Qualifications]**
- Bachelor Degree is required
- Master Degree is an added advantage
- Should have minimum of 8 yrs of experience as BSE. Overall experience should be 10+.
- **[Job Overview]**:

- This is for BSE role. Should have done BSE role for SAP implementation/rollout projects (atleast 2 yrs.)
- Should have prior experience of working in BSE roles for APAC region.

**[Primary Skills]**:

- Should be JLPT N2 certified
- Should be able to converse well in Japanese
- Should have prior experience of doing Interpretation and translation for SAP projects
- Having experience in Sales/logistics domain is an added advantage
- Should have excellent communication(English & Japanese) and interpersonal skills
- Should be proactive with can-do-attitude
- Should be a strong team player with proven team leadership potential
- Prior experience in tools like Jira is required

**[Responsibilities and Duties]**:

- Should be able to play the roles of a bilingual support engineer
- Should be able to understand requirements discussed in calls and interpret to technical/functional consultants
- Support in documenting/explaining requirements /queries from English to Japanese and vice versa
- Should be able to drive meetings, circulate minutes, track action items to closure( all in Japanese)
- Should help in supporting(track lead) with status tracking /reporting where ever possible
