Client : MNC Client- Mandatory Skill: PMGM, Succession, and CDP modules.Key Responsibilities:- Configure and support PMGM, Succession, and CDP modules.- Participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle (requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment).- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.- Collaborate with internal teams and clients for successful project delivery.Requirements:- Minimum 6.5 years of total experience with strong exposure to SAP SuccessFactors.- Proven experience with at least one end-to-end implementation in any of the listed modules.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.- SuccessFactors certification (preferred but not mandatory).
