  • Mandatory Skill: PMGM, Succession, and CDP modules.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support PMGM, Succession, and CDP modules.
  • Participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle (requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment).
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients for successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6.5 years of total experience with strong exposure to SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proven experience with at least one end-to-end implementation in any of the listed modules.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • SuccessFactors certification (preferred but not mandatory).
