Job title: Costing & Estimating Executive

Location: Vasna-Bhayli Road, Vadodara.

Job mode: Onsite/Hybrid

Preferred Interior firm experience for estimating (BOQ) and costing.

**Must have**:

- Strong understanding of working drawings (plans, elevation 2D/3D drawings, etc.).
- Strong technical knowledge of interior drawings and materials.
- Knowledge of material joinery details.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior projects based on design plans, material requirements, labor costs and timeframes.
- Work with vendors to obtain quotes (BOQs) for materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Ensure that cost estimates are realistic and within the client’s budget.
- Maintain accurate records of all project costs, estimates, invoices, and payments.
- Create detailed reports that track project expenses, budget status, and profitability.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with the firm’s internal policies and procedures.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of cost estimation, BOQ and budgeting.
- Proficiency in billing software i.e.Tally or project management tools.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting.
- Strong knowledge of design software like AutoCAD, Vector, etc.
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for budgeting and cost tracking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
