**Job Summary**:
Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor with MS Fabricatios skills to join our team. The Fabrication Workshop Supervisor is responsible for managing the operations team to
ensure they are working efficiently and safely at all times. Working with the management team to implement the program of works and co-ordinate the day to day activities of the workshop.

**Responsibilities**:
Supervises fabrication yard erection activities (fit up, welding and lifting).

Supervises fabrication yard installation operations (piping installation, E.I.T.).

Co-ordinates and interfaces between fabrication/installation and pre-fabrication activities.

Ensures compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.

Searches for the most efficient technical solutions.

Provides quantitative data for producing the progress reports.

Lead fabric team to update and prepare and Implement adopt fabrications each season

Create drawings in both AutoCAD and Solidworks

Assigns work to department personnel to attain department objectives using knowledge of production processes, company policies, production schedules, work orders, equipment capacity and employee capabilities.

Readily perceives and effectively responds to schedules and product flows essential to supervising highly productive, cost-effective, quality-oriented manufacturing operations.

Establish and control procedures to ensure production of conforming fabricated assembly components.

Monitors and controls established procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.

To work overtime as requested. Performs other duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
