Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, ensure work quality, and maintain safety standards. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate effectively with workers, contractors, and management to complete projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and laborers to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Maintain daily work progress reports and submit them to management.
  • Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment at the site.
  • Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
  • Address on-site issues and report major concerns to the project manager.
  • Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and discipline among workers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of construction safety and site management.

Experience & Salary:

  • Freshers: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
  • Experienced Candidates: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
