**Responsibilities**:

- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Troubleshoot customer problems and provide effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Identify and report recurring customer issues to improve processes.
- Act as a customer advocate and champion their needs within the company.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve our products and services.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes.
- Share product knowledge with customers and team members.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of customer support resources and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer support tools.
