**Position Overview**

The Operations Executive at Chhapai will ensure smooth daily operations by coordinating processes, managing administrative tasks, and supporting project execution. This role focuses on efficiency, timely delivery, and seamless workflows across teams, helping the organization maintain quality and meet its goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate between departments for timely project execution.
- Manage administrative and operational tasks with efficiency.
- Monitor stock, supplies, and vendor coordination where required.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Support management in implementing operational strategies.
- Ensure quality standards and deadlines are consistently met.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP/CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic procurement and vendor management is a plus.
- Proactive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of printing processes and materials preferred.
- Familiarity with procurement and vendor management is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

**Work Details**
- **Location**: Chandigarh
- **Timings**: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- **Reporting To**: Operations Manager / Director

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
