**Operations Executive - SD Academia**

At **SD Academia**, we don’t just teach art—we deliver it right to our students’ homes. Every learner who joins our course receives a hands-on _material kit_, and behind the scenes, our **Operations & Logistics team** makes sure everything reaches the right person, on time, and in perfect condition.

We’re looking for an **Operations Executive** to join our growing team and manage the day-to-day logistics and backend operations.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Ensure timely **dispatch of material kits** by coordinating with our packaging team.
- Use **MS Excel** to manage inventory and logistics records.
- **Coordinate with vendors** for material procurement and quality checks.
- **Resolve student queries** related to shipping, tracking, and delivery—on WhatsApp and calls (in Hindi & English).
- Track stock levels, update inventory, and ensure smooth movement of materials.
- Work on improving our **logistics workflows** to avoid delays and reduce errors.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Good knowledge of **MS Excel** (basic formulas, inventory management).
- Comfortable handling **WhatsApp queries and customer calls** in Hindi & English.
- Someone who is **proactive, organized, and good at multitasking**.
- Strong **decision-making skills** and a lot of common sense.
- Prior experience in **operations/logistics/e-commerce** is a big plus.
