**Position Overview**
After Sales Executive drives the sales of ZwickRoell service business in India, which demands result
- oriented processes and practices, work with demanding targets to increase the service business. The After Sales Executive needs to build up exhaustive knowledge of our products and services, for which an aptitude for technology would be a necessary.
**Responsibilities**:
- To manage the sale of service business via our CRM software.
- Achieve service business yearly target
- To actively sale accessory to achieve the target of the department
- To increase the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) & calibration business of new machines and bring at least 70% of the new machines under active service contract after the expiry of warranty.
- To promote AMC Plus business among new customers
- To promote software upgrade/update among customers using testXpert & testXpert II software.
- To ensure at least 90% successful renewals of AMC as well as calibration
- To improve customer satisfaction with respect to ease of doing business by providing timely, accurate support to ensure smooth transaction of accessory, spare part & local services business.
- Active follow up, negotiation & closing of opportunities and update the same in CRM system
- Work in close co-operation with field service engineers on open opportunities for closure
- Proper review of purchase orders before submitting to order processing department
- Preparation & submission of weekly, monthly forecasts of order entry for management
- Visit customer sites for techno-commercial negotiation of important orders
- Apart from these, routine activities like maintaining documentation, filing, and smooth correspondence with order processing department.
- Any other ad-hoc duty assigned by regional service manager & service manager.
**Education, Experience & Requirements**
**Education**
- Science graduate or higher with sales background
- Engineering degree would be advantageous
**Experience**
- Prior experience of 3-4 years in sales
- Sale of service experience would be advantageous
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency with PC software and good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Task
- and deadline-oriented
- Willing to travel to customer’s place when necessary
- Must be a team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in English & Hindi language
- Proficiency in German language would be advantageous
- 30% travel requirement
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
