1.Making Duty register of the F.D.O, X-ray Tech. M.R.D

2.Identify training needs of employees in department, preparation of training calendar, maintaining training records and assessment of training given

3.Understanding the problems of the patients, complaint handling

4.Understanding the problem of the employee, grievance handling

5.To make improvement action plans for the problems and implement it with the approval of Administrator

6.Scheduling and allocating OPD rooms for doctors, making required equipment available for OPD

7.To confirm availability of the doctors for the O.P.D

8.Getting the feedback forms filled by the patients

9.Daily reporting of the daily operations to the Administrator

10.Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital. Participation in mock drills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
