Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Store in charge at a construction site in Haryana. As a Store Incharge, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the construction site's inventory and ensuring smooth operations of the store.

**Responsibilities**:
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of required materials.

Receive, inspect, and store all incoming materials according to company procedures.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Issue materials to the construction team as per their requirements.

Keep the store area clean and organized.

Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.

Collaborate with the project manager to forecast material needs for upcoming construction activities.

Maintain a safe and secure working environment by adhering to safety standards and procedures.

Train and supervise store assistants or other staff members as required.

Qualifications:
Graduate in any field.

Proven experience as a store incharge or similar role, preferably in a construction site environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent record-keeping abilities.

Familiarity with construction materials and equipment.

Proficient in using inventory management software.

Expertise in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
