Role & responsibilities

  • Maintain updated inventory records in ERP or manual systems.
  • Supervise material receiving, inspection, and storage.
  • Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain consumption logs.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper labelling, stacking, and identification of materials.
  • Coordinate with purchase and production teams for inventory planning.
  • Monitor minimum stock levels and raise material requests proactively.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness in the store area.
  • Prepare reports on stock valuation and movement.

Preferred candidate profile

3-6 years in store or inventory management in a manufacturing setup..
