We are seeking a **Freelance Recruiter** to support our talent acquisition efforts and help us build exceptional remote teams. This is a flexible, commission-based role ideal for motivated individuals who excel at sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent in tech and business domains.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand job requirements and tailor search strategies accordingly.
- Use online platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media) to find and attract talent.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or freelance).
- Strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with remote hiring and online recruitment tools/platforms.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR or related field preferred).
