Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Content Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop and optimize social media content that resonates with target audiences and promotes engagement.
- **Audience Engagement**: Monitor and actively engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build strong community relationships.
- **Performance Analytics**: Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates, to refine and improve strategies.
- **Trend Analysis** : Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to adapt strategies effectively.
- **Paid Campaigns**: Plan and manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing for ROI and maximizing reach and engagement within budget.
- **Collaboration** : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive brand voice and image.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media optimization, content strategy, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and social media algorithms.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to changing trends and platforms.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of PPC campaigns and budget management.
