**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Management**:
- Develop, create, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, and stories) across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Write compelling captions, posts, and social media copy aligned with the brand's tone and voice.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content.
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
**Community Engagement & Growth**:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant online communities to increase brand visibility.
- Foster relationships with brand advocates and influencers to amplify content reach.
**Analytics & Reporting**:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, etc.) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Prepare reports and insights to optimize content and improve social media strategies.
- Use social media listening tools to monitor trends, audience sentiment, and competitor activities.
**Strategy & Campaign Execution**:
- Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns that align with marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media trends.
- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
**Advertising & Paid Promotions**:
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Analyze ad performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to develop engaging content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
