**Job Brief**

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to manage our social media accounts.

As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest social media tools and AI tools. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of customer engagement.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop content calendar on weekly and monthly basis for company.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and User generated content).
- Perform research on current trends and can make or provide content to brand as per the target audience.
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Instagram/Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
- Optimize social media content.
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals, especially Influencer Marketing by undertaking thorough audience research.
- Form key relationships with influencers across different social media platforms.
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
- Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement on Social Media.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.

**Skills Required**:

- Professional work experience as a Social media Manager or Senior Social Media Executive
- Content management experience
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, and keyword research
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
