Maintain patient file properly.
- Check file once it reaches MRD.
- Do audit of the file to see for any short comings in it.
- Do proper colour coding of the file.
- Separate MLC & Non-MLC file.
- Arrange files in proper rack.
- Enter received files in register.
- Take permission from the medical director for issuing file for court evidence.
- Take receiving of the file before giving it to any doctor/staff.
- Maintain cleanliness of the MRD.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
