This is a remote position.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Experience working with US accounting
- Calling for Timesheets of onsite employees, Posting of Timesheets in QuickBooks and Reconciliation of the same
- Manage all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in Quick books
- Performing monthly bank reconciliations.
- Monthly financial reports for management
- Manage, book and maintain expense details for business independently
- Ad-hoc projects and reporting
- Knowledge of Finalization of Accounting
- Updating tax changes and coordinating with team.
- Knowledge of US taxation rules and regulations are added advantage.
- Should have prepared financial statements - Profit and loss account and Balance sheet
- Develop monthly financial statement, including cash flow, profit and loss
- Should do research and have to update with changes of different taxes of US Geographical area
Minimum 5 plus years of experience into US Accounting only
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Expert in filing US Accounts
