**Full Job Description**

We are looking for Fresher MBA in Finance with 0-2 years of experience in finance. Business planning and consolidation consultant role. Conduct research to collect/update data from company annual/financial reports & analyse them. Develop an understanding of financial statements and concepts, & knowledge of financial services. Knowledge of accounting procedures & financial reporting.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Should be able to do extensive market research about various businesses.
- Create business plan for any business.
- Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
- Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Work closely with our M.D to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
- Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Schedule:

- Evening shift (2.30pm-11.30pm)

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Herrykem house Near ADC Bank, opposite Old High Court interchange Metro Station,Navrangpura, ahmedabad 680009

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
