Acharya & Associates is looking for Fresher MBA in Finance with 0-2 years of experience in finance. Business planning and consolidation consultant role. Conduct research to collect/update data from company annual/financial reports & analyze them. Develop an understanding of financial statements and concepts, & knowledge of financial services. Knowledge of accounting procedures & financial reporting.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Work closely with our M.D to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials

There will be a 10% salary increment every 6 months after achieving monthly goals. Schedule: Evening shift(2pm-11.30pm)

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
