**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Handling all kinds of payments like Vendor, Salary, Statutory etc.
- Take care of Banking processes like term Loan, Interest Calculation, Track record of Loan Payment and recent updates.
- Must be efficient to handle CC limit renewal doc, Stock Audit & other day to day activities related to bank that include communication with the bank concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and improve sales performance.
- Utilise Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Must have completed B.Com (Hons.), M.Com, MBA are preferable.
- Must have excellent hands on Tally.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably as an Account Executive or similar position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess data effectively and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
