**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Service Coordination**:

- Liaise between sales teams and service departments to streamline processes.
- Monitor and follow up on service requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records of sales and service activities for reporting purposes.
- **Quotation & Proposal Management**:

- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on client requirements.
- Draft comprehensive proposals in collaboration with the sales team.
- Ensure all documents are aligned with company standards and client expectations.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage and organize sales and service documentation.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales and service teams.
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and internal departments.
- **Excel & Data Management**:

- Maintain and update sales and service databases using Microsoft Excel.
- Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all records.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay client needs and concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles, preferably in sales or service coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with quotation and proposal preparation processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
