**Job Summary**:
The receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, handling visitors, and performing various administrative duties. The role is essential for providing excellent customer service, supporting office operations, and ensuring a smooth communication flow within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.

**2. Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and update the visitor log, appointment schedules, and office calendars.
- Manage and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.

**3. Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client and visitor needs.
- Resolve issues and complaints promptly and escalate as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring all are properly assisted.

**4. Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with event coordination and preparation for company meetings or activities.

**5. Security and Safety**:

- Ensure visitor logs are accurately maintained and follow security protocols.
- Monitor the building’s security systems (e.g., door access, visitor badges) as needed.

**6. Record-Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of incoming calls, deliveries, and client interactions.
- Generate regular reports as required by management or departments.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus).
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with regular office hours.
- Office environment with frequent interaction with visitors, employees, and external partners.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
