**Accounts Assistant (JD)**
- Assisting Sr. Accountant in day-to-day accounting activities of the company
- Handling the Accounts department independently in the absence of Sr. Accountant
- Doing Banking related activities on a daily basis
- Do payment follow-ups with clients accurately based on the credit period given to them
- Call and ensure regular fund transfer from debtors on a daily basis
- Keep updating the debtors list daily basis
- Provide daily production & sale report to Manager
- Provide fund collection details (Debtors list) to Marketing team & ensure payment collection is done in a timely manner
- Help billing team for attending phone calls, taking orders & billing when situation demands
- Handling direct customers in the office when situation demands
- Inform any payments related issues (cheque return, partial payments, pending payments, etc.) to the respective clients, Manager, Marketing person & Billing team immediately
- Update staff attendance register & maintain leave details
- Keep updating the necessary files (purchase, sale, vouchers, etc.) for auditing purpose
- Provide monthly sale & purchase report to Manager
- Ensure timely escalation on any payment related issues to Manager
