We have an urgent opening for the position of Presales Executive for a reputed Real Estate Company at Lodha, Phase 2, Dombivli.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- 1. Making Outbound calls on a daily basis to the customers and understanding their actual requirements and budget for Residential property - rental or resale.

2. Managing leads from various sources and generating potential customers to various project sales teams.

3. To help the sales team qualify leads.

4. Ability to work under pressure.

5. Attention to Detail.

6. Handling customer queries.

Any Graduate / HSC is mandatory.
Must speak English fluently.

Shift timings - 10.00 AM to 7:00 PM (6 days working).

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
