Solution Architect (SAP FICO) Location: Bengaluru Experience: 12–15 Years (SAP FICO Hands-On) Company: Gyan Sys Infotech Role: Solution Architect – SAP FICO Work Split: 75% Solutioning & Delivery Ownership 25% Practice Development & Presales About the Role Gyan Sys Infotech is seeking a hands-on SAP FICO Solution Architect with deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling processes on ECC and S/4 HANA. The ideal candidate will drive solution architecture, design governance, client workshops, and delivery execution while contributing to practice capability building and presales. Key Responsibilities Solutioning & Delivery – (~75%) Own end-to-end SAP FICO solution architecture across implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects. Perform hands-on configuration in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA). Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and documentation. Validate finance integration with SD, MM, PP, PM, PS, and HR. Ensure compliance with financial controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. Resolve critical finance-related issues during SIT, UAT, and cutover/hypercare. Govern functional design for RICEFW objects and guide offshore/onshore teams. Drive adoption of S/4 HANA innovations: Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, Margin Analysis, etc. Practice Development & Presales – (~25%) Support presales activities: RFP responses, estimations, demos, solution presentations. Create reusable artifacts — templates, accelerators, FSDs, and process frameworks. Conduct internal enablement sessions on finance innovations in S/4 HANA. Work with sales & leadership teams for capability building and pipeline support. Required Skills & Experience 12–17years SAP FICO experience , with strong hands-on configuration capability.
