**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on various cybersecurity topics, including but not limited to ethical hacking, network security, threat analysis, penetration testing, and risk management.
- Develop and update training materials, curriculum, and hands-on labs to align with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to learners, helping them understand complex cybersecurity concepts with real-world examples.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations to track participants' progress.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and certifications.
- Customize training programs based on learners' needs and industry requirements.
- Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, and other cybersecurity-related events.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum [1] years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with hands-on experience in security tools and technologies.
- Industry certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, or similar are highly preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simplified manner.
- Experience in delivering online and classroom training sessions.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance.
- Proficiency in ethical hacking, penetration testing, incident response, and risk management.
- Ability to create hands-on lab exercises and real-world scenarios for effective learning.

Pay: ₹25,582.97 - ₹45,437.70 per month
