**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**:

- Qualify leads and manage a robust pipeline to meet business goals.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements, provide solutions, and introduce the company's products/services.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication to maintain interest and convert them into customers.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and other sales materials for potential clients.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients as needed.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns targeting specific customer segments.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance to ensure effective targeting and lead conversion.
- **Market Research**:

- Research market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to optimize marketing efforts.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on client preferences and competitor activities.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales leads, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, conversions, and campaign performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in direct marketing, sales, or business development.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Good understanding of direct marketing strategies and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Other Requirements**:

- Must have the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- A proactive and customer-centric attitude.
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.

**Work Schedule & Interview Process**
- **Work Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- **Rounds of Interview**: 2 rounds (Direct interview)
- **Work Mode**: Office-based
- **Joining**: Immediate
