**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and modify 3D building models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare accurate and detailed architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings and plans.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure models meet design and project requirements.
- Coordinate and resolve any clashes or conflicts in models through BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools.
- Maintain and update Revit models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and version control.
- Create visualizations, such as renderings, to present models to clients and stakeholders when required.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documentation, including schedules, quantities, and material take-offs.
- Ensure all models adhere to BIM standards, codes, and guidelines.
- Conduct quality control checks on drawings and models to ensure accuracy.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Revit and BIM technologies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software is required.
- Experience with architectural, structural, or MEP modeling in Revit.
- Knowledge of building construction processes and materials.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other design software is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
