**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads from provided databases or sourced contacts.
- Introduce company services and gather basic client information.
- Identify interested prospects and hand over warm leads to Relationship Managers.
- Maintain a daily tracker of calls made, leads generated, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales/relationship team for seamless client handovers.

**You Should Have**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in engaging over phone calls.
- Basic understanding of financial or investment services (preferred but not mandatory).
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
