**Job Requirements**About Us**:

As we expand our presence across international markets, we’re looking for a Content Writer and Manager to join Phenom’s India team to support our content initiatives and strengthen our global voice.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Video Editing**:Editing and assembling video footage, adding graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and music to enhance the video. Telling stories visually through effective sequencing and editing techniques.
- ** Content Strategy**:Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that are optimized for specific platforms.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Utilizing industry-standard graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- ** **Brand Custodian**: Contribute to and maintain the brand design system, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints.

**Work Experience**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3-4 years of professional experience as a graphic designer and video editor, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc), After Effects or XD and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with AI tools is an added advantage.
- A portfolio showcasing design work specifically tailored for SaaS or tech products - this should include examples of graphics for web, social media posts, video teasers, GIFs, or motion graphics.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate across remote or cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and openness to constructive feedback.
