**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a **social media strategy** aligned with Mellow Voyages’ brand identity and marketing goals.
- Manage daily operations of social media accounts (**Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest**).
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Plan and schedule content using social media management tools (e.g., **Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite**).
- Monitor trends in the travel industry and leverage them for engaging campaigns.
- Interact with followers, respond to queries, and build a strong online community.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and videographers for high-quality output.
- Run paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to generate leads.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare **monthly reports**.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and suggest innovative strategies to enhance social media growth.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **1-3 years of experience** in social media marketing, preferably in the travel industry.
- Proficiency in **Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other graphic design tools**.
- Experience with **video editing tools** like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Strong understanding of **SEO, hashtags, and influencer marketing**.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Ability to **work independently** and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
