**Fiche de poste**:
This position handles complex credit issues. He/she gets cross trained on every phase of the quality department. This position provides coverage for employees that are out of the office. He/she works closely with supervisor on special accounts.

**Job Description**:

- He/She should have very good communication skills and should have the ability to understand the concern/dispute raised by customer thereby bringing resolution and negotiating to arrange payments.
- He/She will be responsible for daily/weekly/monthly tasks to be performed within the agreed deadlines.
- He/She should have the multitasking ability and decision making skills to take important decisions related to the accounts handled by them.
- Any prior experience related to customer handling/AR will be an added advantage

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Must be customer focused.
- Good typing speed.
- Eye for detail and must meet stiff deadlines.
