- Knowledge/experience in Accounting, Audits, Financial Services, Software Technology, SaaS industry and/or related experience

Have good experience in data conversations

Purchase to Pay Specialist will be managing the purchase order process across all indirect categories including IT hardware, software, facilities management, and others.

Understanding of common industry-standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger), Order Management (Billing and Invoicing)

Maintain and support the improvement of the 'Purchase to Pay' process, policies and procedures in collaboration with key stakeholders (e.g. Finance, IT, Asset Management, etc..),

Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations are required

Help customers focus on their goals and drive the implementation towards a successful, on-time implementation.

Lead all aspects of implementation and complete all configuration components

Engage customers in enlightened business need discussions versus feature/function basics.

Experience working with the Integration team, NetSuite Functional & technical team

Respond to and troubleshoot incidents. Conduct root cause analyses.
