Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion 
    Procure to Pay (P2P)
     modules
  • Serve as first-level support for P2P-related issues and manage triage/escalation
  • Ensure system integrity and performance through 
    proactive monitoring
  • Implement best practices for procurement and payment process workflows
  • Collaborate with Application Manager and implementation teams for support and enhancements
  • Create and follow 
    standard operating procedures
     for issue handling
  • Analyze and report issue trends to recommend continuous improvements

Qualifications

  • Oracle Fusion P2P modules: 
    Purchasing, Supplier Management, Payables
  • Hands-on experience with configuration and maintenance of 
    Oracle Fusion ERP
  • Strong understanding of 
    Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management, Accounts Payable workflows
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
