
Social Media Executive

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing our brand’s presence across various social media platforms. You will create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Strategy**: Assist in the creation and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- **Content Creation**: Develop high-quality and engaging content (posts, graphics, videos, stories, etc.) for social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a community around the brand.
- **Social Media Scheduling**: Use social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) to schedule posts, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- **Campaign Execution**: Coordinate and execute social media campaigns to support business objectives and product launches.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to measure success and optimize strategies.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand stays ahead of the curve.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the marketing and design teams to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and branding efforts.
- **Brand Voice & Messaging**: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone across platforms.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proven experience in creating engaging content (written, visual, and video) for social media.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, proactive, and adaptable with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
