Position - SR. ARCHITECT

We are looking for a right-brained Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction. You will be involved in Residential Acrchitecture from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Hi-CAD Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, BIM, Lumion and Microsoft Office suite is required
- Municipal Drawing, Working Drawing, presentation drawing, Elevation making.
- Should be well versed with the Govt. rules, UDCP etc.(CIDCO, NMMC, PMC, MSRDC
- Liasoning with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
- Leadership skills coordination skills including the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Technically creative and open-minded
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during project execution.
- Working collaboratively with Principle Architects and other project leaders.
- Coordinating with the Clients, Site Engineers, Contractor, Project Managers, Quantity surveyors & team members etc.
- An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving and mathematical ability
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under indirect supervision
- Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability
- Comfortable with ambiguity and time spent outside of comfort zone acquiring new skills
- Be part of the project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
- Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
- Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
- Support to Compile project specifications
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Support team leader to ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
- Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
- Follow architectural trends and advancements

Requirements and skills
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- 8+ years of experience in architecture
- Extensive experience in AutoCAD and all the latest designing software like Revit, BIM etc
- Professional, Smart and Multitasking.
- Communication and project management skills
- Good skills to prepare Space planning as per client’s requirement.
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
- Knowledge of Green Design practises.
- Knowledge in govt. rules and regulations like CIDCO, NMMC, MSRDC, MMRDA and Panvel Muncipal Corporation etc
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Organised and problem solver attitude.
- Hunger to learn every aspect of project.
