**Job Summary**:
The Automobile Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling vehicles to customers while maintaining a strong focus on customer service. The role involves meeting sales targets, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth sales process, from initial customer contact to vehicle delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Process**:

- Attend to customer inquiries and provide detailed information on various models and features.
- Match customers with vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
- Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations, including test drives.
- Present financing options, warranties, and other add-ons to customers.
- Prepare and present sales contracts, ensure timely and accurate paperwork.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
- Follow up with customers post-sale for feedback and support.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Keep abreast of dealership inventory, including new arrivals, price changes, and discontinued models.
- Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and special offers to maximize sales.
- **Market Knowledge**:

- Maintain current knowledge of automobile market trends, competitor models, and pricing.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and buying trends.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the dealership.
- Record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and participate in sales meetings to discuss strategies and performance.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address any customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Offer after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist with the delivery of the vehicle, ensuring a positive experience for the customer.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all legal and regulatory compliance for vehicle sales and registration.
- Keep accurate records of customer transactions, financing details, and related paperwork.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automobile sales or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of automobile models, features, and industry trends.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for service excellence.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
