Job Description: Automotive Sales Representative

Position Overview:
An Automotive Sales Representative is responsible for selling automobiles to potential customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing information about available vehicles, and guiding customers through the sales process. The primary goal is to meet or exceed sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Determine the customer's automotive needs through effective communication.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the specifications, features, and benefits of the vehicles in the showroom.
- Provide detailed information about financing options, warranties, and additional services.
- **Sales Process**:

- Guide customers through the sales process, explaining terms and conditions.
- Negotiate and finalize deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the finance department to arrange financing and facilitate the paperwork.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- **Market and Industry Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Complete necessary paperwork, such as sales contracts and finance agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the dealership's CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- **Customer Education**:

- Educate customers on the features and benefits of various vehicle models.
- Provide information on maintenance schedules and answer any questions customers may have.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is often preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic computer skills for completing sales-related paperwork.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
