ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. **What role you will play in our team**:

- Provides functional expertise on all package related work and work around
- Coordinate for Trademark (as needed)
- Develop or update guidelines on Brand, facilitates discussion with Brand Offer and Packaging Advisor
- (Management Business Unit & Global), locally work with Production, Operations, 3P (3rd Party) packaging agencies & supplier in setting up guidelines on packaging robustness across stakeholder
- Assessing packaging updates, requirement, innovation & trends

**What you will do**:

- Act as Focal point to Lead Packaging and Brand Guidelines requirements
- Lubes Marketing focal point to work and coordinate packaging related work
- Coordinates new packages and label design with recommendation to meet business need and promotes innovation & best practices across affiliates
- Interface with Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing locations and Global Packaging Council
- Assess competitive environment in area of packaging and labelling, liaise with 3P (3rd Party) agencies & consultant regarding area of work
- Ensure up keeping current and most valid artwork across operational chain, extend support & assist during audits

**About you**:
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Packaging or Mechanical from a recognized university with CGPA 7.00 or above
- Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging management, development and coordination of operations surveillance, inspection activities and packaging project in your industry
- Experienced preferred from leading FMCG ( Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or CPG (Consumer Packaging Goods) companies.
- Responsible for implementing & executing end to end packaging guidelines when it comes to product launches, labels, new designs & collaterals

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
- Project management experience to handle end to end Packaging & label development projects
- Business acumen to review and prioritize projects supporting business
- Relevant analytical and strategic thinking to perform flawless execution
- Relevant skills around Networks and Interface
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
