**Age**-18- 30years

- **0- 3 years in beauty products or a certificate course related to beauty or cosmetics.

**Role Summary: -**

To provide world class customer service by helping customers finds the products that meet their needs and sell customers as many products as possible. This involves suggesting products, explaining how products work, demonstrating how to use products, performing makeovers. Product experts may have to meet sales goals, build customer relations through follow-up calls and messages, Build new customers, stock shelves and organize sales areas. Should have knowledge about cosmetics, skin and hair care products

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Sales & ABV target
- Customer requirements
- Customer service
- BA grooming, timings & briefing
- Store standards & hygiene
- Maintain Organizational standards & policies
- Customer conversion
- Customer complaints
- Expiry check
- Tot implementation

**Duties: -**

Skincare specialists typically do the following:
1. Evaluate clients’ skin condition and appearance..

2. Discuss available treatments and determine which products will improve clients’ skin quality.

3. Remove unwanted hair, using wax, lasers, or other approved treatments.

5. Recommend skin care products, such as cleansers, lotions, or creams.

7. Refer clients to another skincare specialist, such as a dermatologist, for serious skin problems.

8. Disinfect equipment and clean work areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
